<p>Working location: Fo Tan</p><p></p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p></p><p>1. Application & Submission Management</p><p> Assist in preparing and submitting project applications, forms, and</p><p> documentation.</p><p> Track submission deadlines and ensure timely delivery.</p><p> Maintain accurate records of submitted materials and follow up as</p><p> needed.</p><p></p><p>2. Project Coordination Support</p><p> Work closely with developers and project managers to gather required</p><p> information or user requirements</p><p> Organize and maintain project files, ensuring the documentation should</p><p> be up-to-date.</p><p> Assist Project Managers in preparing reports, presentations and progress</p><p> updates</p><p> Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p></p><p> Bachelor's degree or above in IT related field</p><p> Minimum 2-3 year of experience in IT project management or Business</p><p> Analyst</p><p> Excellent organizational and time-management in project coordination</p><p> Basic understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and system</p><p> infrastructures.</p><p> Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project</p><p> management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project etc.).</p><p> Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge</p><p> of Mandarin is a plus.</p><p> Possess a strong sense of responsibility</p><p> Self-motivated and well-organized, willing to learn with a positive</p><p> attitude</p><p></p><p>Salary: HKD 28K-40K/month</p>
