Job Responsibilities

• Lead and cooperate with mainland and Hong Kong research institutions on R&D projects, focusing on environmental protection and functional technology innovation.

• Based on the climate conditions, traffic loads and environmental regulations of different regional markets, lead the technical team to conduct customized formula R&D and performance testing to ensure that the product meets international standards (such as ASTM, EN, ISO) and local regulatory requirements.

• Lead the technical upgrade, application validation and overseas promotion of intelligent construction equipment (such as driverless automatic line marking machine, unmanned layout robot, etc.), provide on-site operation training and construction process optimization guidance, and improve construction efficiency and accuracy.

• Establish and improve the company's technical documentation system, patent layout strategy and internal technical training mechanism, and enhance the technical team's professional ability and project execution standardization level.

• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing and sales teams to provide professional technical support for major project bidding, customer technical discussions, industry exhibitions, etc., and enhance the company's technical brand influence in the international market.

Work requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a high-level engineer's title or equivalent international professional certification qualification is preferred.

• At least 10 years of technical research and project management experience in municipal engineering, road bridges, transportation infrastructure or industrial coatings, with at least 5 years as technical director or equivalent high-level technical management position.

• Have extensive experience in full-chain management of large-scale projects, having led the successful completion of no less than 5 engineering projects with contract amounts exceeding 5 million yuan RMB, and achieving successful delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Proficient in various types of road marking paint technology systems, including hot melt, water-based, two-component paint, etc., and with practical experience in integrating smart construction equipment and painting processes.

• Have the ability to lead a technical team of 30 or more people, effectively coordinate cross-functional teams to complete research and development, testing, design and on-site technical support tasks.

• Familiar with the international patent application process and technical standardization mechanism, those who participate in industry technical standard formulation or hold relevant patents are given priority.

• Have excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English, be able to independently write international project technical documents, give technical presentations and conduct cross-cultural collaboration.
