Job Requirements:</p><p>1. Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Digital Media Technology, or a related discipline, with at least two years of professional experience in 3D content generation or computer graphics.</p><p>2. Strong foundation in computer graphics principles; familiarity with core processes such as 3D modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation; and proficiency in industry-standard tools including Maya, Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.</p><p>3. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in real-time rendering engines such as Unreal Engine 5 or Unity, or those who have participated in next-generation character modeling projects within the CG or gaming industries.</p><p>4. Candidates with research or practical experience in 3D generation algorithms—such as Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF), diffusion models for 3D synthesis, or dynamic modeling—and those who have published in top-tier conferences or journals (e.g., SIGGRAPH, CVPR, ICCV) are strongly preferred.</p><p>5. Demonstrated aesthetic sensibility, strong teamwork and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced research and development environment.</p><p>6. Possess a solid foundation in computer graphics and computational geometry, and be proficient in modeling methods. Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, Digital Media Technology or related professional master's degree or above, with at least 2 years of experience in 3D content generation or computer graphics. </p><p>2. Have solid foundations in computer graphics, familiar with core processes such as 3D modeling, texture mapping, bone animation, etc., and be able to use mainstream production software such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, etc. fluently.</p><p>3. Have experience in using real-time engines such as UE5/Unity, or those with next-generation character modeling project experience in the CG/gaming field are preferred.</p><p>4. Have research or application experience in 3D generation algorithms (such as NeRF, Diffusion applied to 3D generation, dynamic modeling, etc.), those who publish papers in relevant top conferences or top journals are preferred.</p><p>5.
