Responsibilities:

• Designing, installing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, and public health systems within buildings.
• Developing and implementing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and plumbing systems.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards.
  Collaborating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to integrate building services into overall building design.
• Conducting energy audits and proposing energy-efficient solutions.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with building systems.
• Providing technical guidance and support to maintenance staff.
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and advancements in building services technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in building services engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications or memberships in relevant institutions may be advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of building regulations, health and safety standards, and sustainability practices.
