Key Responsibilities:

• Identify the risks and opportunities to ensure the project progress and development is right on track

• Reviewing, monitoring, and reporting on actual project progress is essential to controlling costs and maintaining quality across all projects, ensuring they remain aligned with the company's core values and strategies.

• Organize and attend site-meetings to report and update project progress

• Ensure the project milestones / deliverables to be completed on time and meet the required standard.

• Liaise with internal and external customers, manage different contractors and technicians for project success

• Resolve any project-related and ad-hoc problem

Job Requirement:

• High diploma or secondary grade.

• Must be a Hong Kong permanent resident, and green card holder.

• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in construction/building materials is required.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is an advantage.

• Proficient in AutoCAD is an advantage.

• A good team player with great communication skills; independent and well-organized; committed and reliable; hands on and result-oriented with the ability to effectively plan ahead; monitor and control works standards to deliver quality results within time and cost budget.

• Analytical mindset, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skill and outgoing; a fast learner with good interpersonal skills.

• Computer literate, well-versed in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

• Immediate available is preferable.
