Job Responsibilities

• Develop the company's medium and long-term sales strategy and annual revenue targets for the Greater China region (especially the mainland market), continuously monitor and analyze the dynamic of the global high-frequency daily consumption product categories market, and provide specific and feasible decision support for product optimization, new product introduction, market positioning and strategy planning.

• Lead the expansion of business in the Greater China region and the construction of distribution channels, systemically plan and implement regional market deployment, and build and perfect the regional distributor system; deepen cooperation with overseas EPC general contractors, system integrators, etc. Strategic partners to strengthen domestic market delivery execution and localization service capabilities.

• Organization building online and offline integrated marketing and service system: expand customer resources through cross-industry cooperation; participate in international authoritative exhibitions and industry brand activities to strengthen offline influence; use new media platforms to carry out traffic acquisition and "realization" marketing, and achieve the maximum integration marketing benefits (1+1>2).

• Form, develop and lead a high-performance operations team (covering trade, channel management, brand promotion, etc. modules), focusing on the high-frequency daily sales product categories in the Greater China region, coordinating marketing planning, customer development, customer relationship maintenance, supply chain coordination and order fulfillment services; establish a business review and iteration mechanism based on data to enhance team combat effectiveness and market response speed.

• Hold a master's degree or above, majoring in marketing, business management, administrative management, trade and other related fields; have solid business analysis skills and systemic strategic thinking.

• Have more than 10 years of marketing and operations management experience, of which at least 5 years are in senior management positions; those with a high-frequency daily sales product category industry background are given priority.

• Have practical experience in supply chain management, able to coordinate cross-regional supply chain operations; must accept regular trips to the mainland.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication; excellent cross-cultural collaboration and high-level negotiation skills.

• Five-day work week
