Key Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for the employer, family members and clients.

• Complete pick-up and drop-off tasks according to designated routes and schedules.

• Ensure passenger safety. Deliver safe, stable, punctual and courteous driving services while maintaining passenger comfort and privacy throughout the journey.

• Responsible for daily cleaning, inspection and upkeep of the vehicle.

• Keep the interior and exterior clean and hygienic (including body, cabin, seats, windows, etc.).

• Perform regular deep cleaning and disinfection.

• Properly manage daily vehicle operations.

• Regularly check fuel, water, tyre pressure, and basic mechanical conditions.

• Arrange scheduled servicing, vehicle inspection, and license renewal as required.

• Safely keep vehicle keys, trip logs, refuelling and repair receipts.

• Submit simple trip and vehicle usage reports as requested by the employer.

• Carry out temporary duties or errands assigned by the employer or supervisor, including assisting with daily administrative work, outside duties, and simple document delivery.

If necessary, be prepared to work overtime or on holidays, with corresponding overtime allowance provided.

II. Requirements

• Hold a valid private car driving license issued by the Hong Kong Transport Department.

• Have a clean driving record with no major traffic violations or license suspension.

• Minimum 5 years of actual driving experience as a private car / family / company driver.

• Familiar with Hong Kong's road networks, major trunk roads, and traffic conditions.

• Ability to adapt to real-time traffic situations.

• Proficient in using mobile map apps for route planning (e.g., Google Maps, Gaode Maps).

• Good command of Putonghua (and/or basic English).

• Punctual, reliable, courteous, patient, strong sense of responsibility, honest and self-disciplined.

Good service attitude and professional ethics.

Respect the employer's privacy.

Must be a Hong Kong resident.

Veterans preferred.

Non-smoker on duty preferred.

No bad driving record and no criminal conviction record
