Oversee and maintain daily office related operations with focus in the following areas:

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial, administrative and personal support.

• Carry out clerical documentary work for the company’s daily operations.

• Plan and oversee special and multidisciplinary projects.

Other job duties:

• Learn and fluently operate software applications and programs in all required platforms (Windows, Mac OS, Unix, etc.) as required.

• Maintain and update own knowledge of software applications as well as relevant platforms (Windows, Mac OS, etc.)

• Research and maintain an updated knowledge of industry standards, protocol, and common practice in related field our products operate in.

• Able to travel, within China and internatiopnally, for sales/ marketing/ technical events and meetings.

• Perform any other duties as required.
