Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer reception and guidance at the entrance of the KTV venue, including greeting guests, confirming reservation information, arranging karaoke rooms and assisting with seating;
- Maintain the lobby and reception area clean and orderly, regularly check the status of directional signs, promotional materials and electronic display devices;
- Provide flexible support during peak operating hours, such as assisting with initial order review, simple alcohol and beverage introduction or referral to professional service staff.
- Aged 18 or above, no criminal record, good personal image and basic Cantonese communication skills, those who understand Mandarin are preferred;
- Have affinity and emotional stability management skills, be able to maintain politeness, patience and proactive service awareness in a lively environment;
- Can work shift work (including evenings, nights and weekend holidays), with a minimum of 40 hours per week;
- Have basic computer operations skills, and be able to use tablets or POS systems to perform simple data queries and registration.
- Provide on-the-job training and internal promotion opportunities, and those who perform well can develop into senior receptionists, floor supervisors or operations assistants;
