Job Description:

We are seeking a senior consultant with 6 to 10 years of recruitment experience, based in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate should have held recruitment positions in well-known internet/technology/financial companies or achieved outstanding results in the headhunting industry. This position will be responsible for client management, position delivery, candidate relationship management, and market expansion, supporting the full process of high-end position recruitment projects.

Duties:

• Independent responsible for customer position requirement communication, analysis and delivery plan formulation
• Lead candidate search, evaluation, interview scheduling, feedback follow-up, and offer negotiation
• Manage key customer relationships and drive customer business growth
• In-depth understanding of target industry trends and talent movements, providing recruitment consulting services
• Assist the partner in team training and new business development (depending on personal development direction)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, 6 to 10 years of recruitment experience
• Have the ability to independently complete mid-to-high-end position delivery, and be good at building trust with candidates and customers
• Highly self-motivated, with owner mindset, and result-oriented
• Fluent in Chinese and English, familiar with writing job descriptions and candidate recommendation reports
