Property type: Shopping mall

Days: Work 6 days per week, rotating days off, 9 hours per shift (including 1 hour of paid meal time)

Monthly salary: HKD $20,000

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise the security team to ensure that patrols, guard duty, and visitor registration meet the standards

2. Monitor daily security operations and regularly inspect facilities to ensure entrance and exit safety

3. Process customer complaints and emergency incidents, and write reports and records

4. Keep in close communication with the management office

Requirements:

1. Graduation from secondary five or above

2. Need to hold a valid "Security Officer Permit" (SPP) and "Recognized Security Training Course Certificate" (QAS)

3. Able to read/write Chinese and fluent Cantonese, basic English reading and writing ability

4. Have three years of relevant property management experience or two years of shopping mall management experience
