Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for real estate-related promotion and publicity activities, enhance brand awareness and attract potential customers.

2. Update real estate and customer information to ensure accurate and error-free data for future transactions.

3. Introduce new and resale properties to customers, answer inquiries and provide professional advice.

4. Assist in handling the document preparation and communication and coordination work in the process of buying and selling or leasing.

5. Participate in company-sponsored training courses to learn industry knowledge and sales skills, gradually growing into a professional real estate practitioner.

Requirements:

1. No experience limit, welcome DSE graduates, unemployed or job seekers to apply, especially suitable for telecommunications industry background or other related fields.

2. At least have secondary five education, have basic writing and expression skills.

3. Interested in the real estate industry, willing to invest time in learning market trends and related legal regulations.

4. Have good interpersonal communication skills and team spirit, be able to complete assigned tasks independently.

5. Work actively and proactively, take responsibility, and be able to withstand a certain amount of work pressure while striving for excellence.
