Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for order follow-up, including order confirmation, production progress tracking and delivery arrangements, ensuring that each stage is completed on time

• Assist in the preparation of quotations and cost analysis, and support the sales team in providing competitive price proposals

• Organize and update product information (such as size charts, packaging requirements, label specifications), and maintain the accuracy of the product information system

• Participate in seasonal product planning meetings, provide market feedback and inventory suggestions to support product mix optimization

Requirements:

• Applicants with 1 to 2 years of practical experience in the fashion industry in product planning, purchasing or follow-up are preferred

• Fluent Japanese (must reach JLPT N2 or above), able to independently write emails and conduct telephone conferences; at the same time, it has good English and Mandarin communication skills, and Cantonese is the daily office language

• Familiar with the clothing production process, basic fabric knowledge and international trade terms (such as FOB, EXW, etc.)

• Have a high sense of responsibility and cross-departmental collaboration awareness, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and maintain meticulous and accurate execution power
