Work highlights:
Low entry barrier: Simple and easy to learn, no experience required, and on-the-job training is provided.
Communication barrier-free: Cantonese is preferred, but if you don't understand Cantonese and can adapt to night shift work, we welcome you too!
Duties:
Beverage preparation: Responsible for following the standard process to make signature lemon tea and other hot and cold beverages, ensuring consistent quality and authentic taste.
Snack cooking: Learn and be responsible for making steamed buns, dumplings and other simple snacks (such as shumai, spring rolls), and control food quality and hygiene.
Preparation and inventory management: Responsible for preparation work, such as cutting lemons, preparing tea bases, and wrapping small steamed buns (if applicable); check the freshness of ingredients and inventory, and replenish materials in a timely manner.
Store maintenance: Keep the work area and store clean, including washing kitchenware, tableware, and tidying up the counter, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
Customer service: Greet customers warmly and politely, assist with ordering and packaging, and provide a simple introduction to the menu items.
Cashier collaboration: Assist with simple cashiering and accounting work (depending on the specific arrangements of the store).
Requirements:
Identity qualifications: Must hold a Hong Kong identity card (!!!!)
Age range: Unlimited (welcome fresh graduates or summer interns).
Language ability: Preference will be given to those who understand Cantonese; if you do not understand Cantonese, as long as you are willing to learn and can accept night shift arrangements, we are also willing to provide opportunities.
Work attitude: sense of responsibility, dexterity, attention to hygiene, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
Working hours:
Basic time: 11:30 - 20:30 (including meal and rest time).
Flexible schedule: Work hours are very flexible and can be negotiated!
