Requirements:

1. Daily inspection and monitoring (server room, power, cooling and fire protection systems);

3. Regularly maintain the air conditioning, fire protection, water supply and power systems in the computer room;

5. Maintenance and repair change management;

6. Customer support and value-added services.

Requirements:

1. Hard requirements: Must have a valid and complete Hong Kong Electrical Engineering Registration Certificate (ABC or H license); different levels of pay will be discussed;

2. Construction industry safety card (green card) is valid;

3. At least 3 years of work experience in data center operations;

4. Familiar with the Hong Kong Electricity Ordinance and related safety regulations;

5. Technical skills are required to be familiar with the design and installation of low-voltage power systems.

Job Responsibilities

1. Daily Inspection & Monitoring: Conduct routine inspections of data center facilities, and monitor the operation of power, cooling and fire protection systems to ensure stable system performance.

2. Preventive Maintenance: Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and independently formulate professional maintenance plans.

3. Facility System Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the mechanical, fire, water and electrical systems of the data center.

4. Fault & Emergency Handling: Respond to equipment faults in a timely manner, complete fault diagnosis and restoration, and formulate and optimize emergency response plans.

5. Modification & Change Management: Manage the overall process of equipment maintenance, upgrading and system modification in the data center.

6. Customer Support & Value-added Services: Provide daily technical support for clients and assist in delivering various value-added operation and maintenance services.

Job Requirements

1. Mandatory Certification: Must hold a valid and complete Hong Kong Registered Electrical Worker Certificate (Grade A) . This is a mandatory employment requirement.

2. Safety Qualification: Possess a valid Construction Worker Safety Card (Green Card).

3. Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of working experience as an electrician in data center, commercial building or industrial premises environments.

4. Industry Compliance: Familiar with the Hong Kong Electricity Ordinance and relevant industry safety codes and operation standards.

5. Technical Competency: Proficient in the design and installation of low-voltage power systems, capable of completing relevant operational tasks independently.
