Job Responsibilities

Proactively develop potential customers, focusing on Hong Kong's local dining, retail, attractions and lifestyle brands, and establish and deepen long-term cooperative relationships.
Based on customer business objectives and audience characteristics, collaborate with internal creative and data teams to develop customized promotional solutions with high conversion rates, and lead the presentation and proposal process.
Regularly track execution effectiveness, integrate customer feedback and market trends (such as changes in consumption behavior, platform traffic trends, and competitive product strategies), and continuously optimize marketing mix and communication tactics.
Achieve the monthly/quarterly new signed amount, customer coverage number and renewal rate set by the company, and submit a clear business progress report.

Work requirements

Have 1 to 2 years or more of practical experience in digital marketing, media agency, platform BD or B2B sales related fields, those with successful case signings are preferred.
Having a stable and immediately convertible source of customers or matured network of connections, especially those familiar with Hong Kong's small and medium-sized enterprises, catering groups or local cultural and creative brand resources are preferred.
Deeply understand the Hong Kong lifestyle and consumption market, including food trends, festive consumption habits, travel recovery rhythm, and mainstream platforms (such as OpenRice, KKday, Klook, Foodpanda, etc.) operating logic.
Have excellent one-on-one negotiation skills and structured presentation techniques, be able to accurately communicate value propositions in Cantonese and fluent Chinese writing; understanding Mandarin or English is an added bonus.
High level of self-discipline, able to independently plan the daily rhythm of visitors and follow-up strategies, and to demonstrate a positive problem-solving orientation and emotional resilience in the face of performance pressure and customer objections.
