We are inviting high-caliber professionals with a strong banking or investment background to join the founding team. This is a rare opportunity for experienced Relationship Managers (RM) or Investment Consultants (IC) to leverage their market expertise in a high-growth, high-reward environment.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and acquire new high-net-worth (HNW) clients and institutional partners in the Greater China and South East Asian region to achieve sales targets.

• Client Relationship: Serve as a trusted investment partner; provide professional market analysis and asset allocation advice (focusing on FX, Precious Metals, and CFDs) to clients.

• Professional Service: Maintain a high standard of professional image and service quality, managing the entire sales cycle from onboarding to daily relationship maintenance.

• Events & Networking: Represent the company at high-end industry seminars, investment summits, and client networking events.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in the FX/CFD industry OR Banking/Wealth Management sector (Candidates with experience as RMs or Investment Specialists in banks are also preferred).

• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of global financial markets, with the ability to analyze market trends and explain complex products to HNW clients.

• Professional Image: polished, confident, and articulate; able to project a trustworthy professional image suitable for serving HNW individuals.

• Network: proven track record of managing a portfolio of HNW clients or having strong connections in Mainland China is a distinct advantage.

• Language: Fluent in Mandarin is a must; good command of English and Cantonese.

Duties include:

• Business expansion: Open up high net worth (HNW) individual customers and institutional partners in Greater China and Southeast Asia, and complete the company's business indicators.

• Professional Consultant: As a trusted investment partner for our customers, we provide professional global market analysis and asset allocation advice (with a focus on foreign exchange, gold and spread betting products).

• Customer maintenance: Maintain an excellent professional image and service quality, manage the full life cycle from customer account opening and deposit to daily trading maintenance.

• High-end activities: Represent the company at industry seminars, investment summits and high-end customer social activities to enhance brand influence.

Job Requirements

• Work experience: More than 3 years of sales experience in the foreign exchange/CFD industry, or as a client manager (RM)/investment advisor (IC) in a bank/wealth management institution.

• Market awareness: Have a keen sense of the global financial market, and be able to clearly explain macroeconomic trends and trading strategies to customers.

• Human resources: Applicants with rich high-net-worth customer resources or channel networks in the Greater China region will be given priority.

• Language ability: Proficient in Mandarin, with good English and Cantonese communication skills.
