1. Provide clerical support to the IT team

2. Maintain user access rights documentation

3. Coordinate meeting logistics

4. Prepare training sessions / resources for end-users

5. Track all hardware and software assets throughout their lifecycle

6. Maintain accurate records in management systems

7. Coordinate IT equipment allocation

8. Coordinate IT equipment retrieval

9. Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes

10. Raise purchase requisitions

11. Process invoices

12. Manage software subscription renewals

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows

• Experience in meeting room equipmentis an advantage

• Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
