At the property project site or demonstration unit, welcome and follow up potential customers, provide professional property information and sales consulting services
Actively communicate with visitors to understand their real estate needs and recommend suitable units to facilitate transactions
Assist in arranging customer visits to demonstration units and existing buildings, and answer questions about building design, payment methods, and occupancy arrangements
Record customer information and purchasing intentions, and follow up with subsequent contact and referral to relevant sales managers
In accordance with the developer and management company's requirements, participate in training, meetings and promotion activities on time

Work requirements

Grade Five graduation or above
Active and proactive, with a service-oriented attitude, able to maintain politeness and patience in a busy environment
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and evenings, depending on the demonstration unit's opening hours
Have good team spirit, be able to cooperate with colleagues to achieve sales targets
