Job Responsibilities

• As the core management position of the company's Asia-Pacific business, I am fully responsible for market expansion, customer operations and revenue growth in the Southeast Asian fluorine chemical sector.

• Develop and implement a Southeast Asia regional fluorine chemical market development strategy and annual business objectives, coordinate the overall business layout and execution path of the region.

• Develop and maintain key customers in Southeast Asia (such as electronic chemicals, refrigeration equipment, new energy materials, etc.) and strategic partners, deepen long-term cooperative relations, and continuously explore incremental business opportunities.

• Monitor and analyze business data and market dynamics, regularly report to the headquarters on market trends, project progress, customer feedback and revenue performance, and optimize strategies and resource allocation based on this information.

• Strictly comply with commercial compliance requirements, proactively declare conflicts of interest, and ensure that all business activities comply with Hong Kong and international anti-bribery, data confidentiality and export control related regulations.

• Full-time commitment to company business, assuming regular cross-border travel, frequent trips between Hong Kong and Southeast Asia's major economies (such as Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, etc.).

• Have 5 to 10 years of experience in the fluorochemical industry, familiar with the technical characteristics and application scenarios of core products such as fluorointermediates, electronic special gases, fluoro polymers, and refrigerants.

• Proficient in large customer full life cycle management, familiar with cross-border business negotiations, contract risk control, supply chain collaboration and crisis response.

• With Hong Kong as the main office base, accept high-frequency Southeast Asia business trips; have Hong Kong permanent resident status, or meet the "High-end Talent Pass Program (TTPS)" "Excellent Talent Entry Program (QMAS)" "Non-local Graduates Stay/Return to Hong Kong Employment Arrangement (IANG)" and other legal qualifications for working in Hong Kong.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for written composition and oral communication, able to handle international trade documents, contract terms and cross-cultural negotiations with ease.

• Bachelor's degree or above; those with international trade, chemical engineering, and business management related professional backgrounds are preferred.

• Have a high sense of responsibility and professional ethics, be familiar with Hong Kong's Prevention of Bribery Ordinance, GDPR and cross-border data compliance requirements, and attach importance to intellectual property protection and commercial confidentiality obligations.

• Basic salary: HKD$50,000/month (12 months)

• Annual performance bonus: HKD$500,000, to be distributed in stages based on revenue achievement and customer acquisition milestones

• Incentive for exceeding performance targets: up to HKD$600,000, depending on the annual overall target achievement rate

• Compulsory payment of MPF under Hong Kong law
