Working location: Yau Tong Island

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm

Responsibilities:

• Execute system data input, file scanning and file management

• Assist with daily reports and email processing

• Assist in inventory items and warehouse location labeling work

• Assist in warehouse data organization and maintenance

• Assist with inventory activities

• Assist in answering the phone

• Process Management assigned other temporary tasks

Requirements:

• Secondary five education or above

• Hold a valid "container handling industry" green card (safety card)

• Work on time

• Good communication skills, good at team work

• Hard-working, responsible, and willing to learn

• Familiar with computer operations and MS Office (including Chinese word processing)

• Have basic English writing skills

• Must have data input or clerical work experience

• Priority will be given to those with warehouse work experience

• Familiar with ERP systems is preferred

• Need to wear safety shoes when working in the warehouse

• Priority will be given to immediate availability
