Store Manager (Webfish Esports) with Hong Kong identity

Job Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for the daily operation and management of the store, ensuring service quality and operating efficiency meet company standards.

• Based on the headquarters' strategic goals, develop and implement store sales plans to drive continuous growth in performance.

• Regularly conduct store data analysis, covering sales, foot traffic, inventory, and other key indicators, and optimize operating strategies based on the analysis results.

• Lead employee training and development work, build high-performance teams, and enhance employees’ service awareness and professional skills.

• Monitor store performance trends and promptly identify operational issues and propose effective improvement solutions to ensure that all business indicators are met.

• Coordinate communication and resource allocation between stores and headquarters, implement various policies and event execution.

• Responsible for maintaining store image, managing product display, and optimizing customer experience to enhance brand influence and customer satisfaction.

Work requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience as a chain store manager or regional manager, those who have successfully managed multiple stores or large-scale stores are preferred.

• Familiar with the whole process of store operations, including sales management, personnel deployment, inventory control and customer service, etc.

• Have solid data analysis skills, able to use data for diagnosis and decision support.

• Have good organizational and coordination skills and team management ability, good at motivating employees, and improving team cohesion and execution.

• Sensitive to market dynamics and performance fluctuations, with a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and able to adapt to a high-stress, fast-paced work environment.

• Pay attention to details, have strong problem-solving skills and execution and promotion ability.
