5.5 day work, DP, Bonus, Medical

Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling contractual and commercial matt ers of multi-discipline E&M projects and tenders.

• Review correspondence and give advice on responses regarding contractual matt ers.

• Perform periodic review on progress of projects, give advice on potenti al delays and highlight

risk factors.

• Liaise with external and internal parti es on contractual matt ers

• Assist Senior Facility Manager and provide professional advice to FM team and client on QS matt er

• Handle all the pre- & post-contract stages quanti ty surveying duties

• Handle tender analysis and bidding, tender document administrati on, material taking off and

pricing, measurement of works, valuati on of variati on etc.

• Prepare cost esti mati on, subletti ng, extension of ti me claim, certi fying payment and variation

and fi nal account sett lement

• Preparati on, costi ng and submission of early warning and compensati on event noti fi cation in

line with NEC contract requirements.

• Ensure detailed records of works are recorded and maintained, that are accurate and

auditable and available for submission as required in ti meline manner.

• Measure and value sub-contracts and assist in agreement of sub-contract interim/ fi nal accounts.

• Review documentati on and identi fy value variati ons, subcontract payments and preparation

of sub-contract liabiliti es.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quanti ty Surveying / Engineering or related disciplines;

• At least 4 years relevant working experience in contract administrati on of building / multi-

disciplinary E&M projects;

• Strong sense of responsibility, self-moti vated and able to work independently as well as a

good team player;

• Good interpersonal, communicati on and presentati on skill;

• Good command of writt en and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidates with more experience will be consider as Senior Quanti ty Surveyor
