Familiar with technical files and contract documents in a bilingual Chinese and English environment, ensuring seamless communication.<br>5. Regularly issue financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.</p> <p>**Work requirements:**<br>1. Have extensive quantity surveying experience, familiar with relevant building industry regulations and standards.<br>2. Excellent engineering budgeting ability, able to independently complete large-scale project cost calculation work. <br>3. Have good business negotiation skills and be able to reach favorable agreements for the company in complex situations.<br>4. Fluent in Chinese and English, able to use both languages fluently for written and oral communication.<br>5. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, excellent team spirit and stress resistance ability.</p>
