<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>1. Provide restructuring-related consulting services to customer companies (including red chip, ODI, etc.)</p><p>2. Perform daily maintenance and management of enterprise architecture-related cooperation partners, such as law firms, accounting firms, tax firms, etc.</p><p>3. Keep up to date with relevant laws and industry dynamics, collect, sort and disseminate information in a timely manner</p><p>4. Design related business processes, product manuals, and other relevant documents</p><p>5. Provide relevant training to other employees in the department</p><p>6. Other departments' assigned tasks</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>1. Must have actual experience in implementing cross-border services for mainland Chinese companies</p><p>2. Strong customer and internal communication, coordination, project management skills</p>
