<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design and optimize architectures for a global high-concurrency cloud platform, ensuring over 99.99% availability for payment/transaction systems.</p></li><li><p>Establish PCI-DSS/GDPR-compliant operational frameworks, lead security audits, and conduct disaster recovery drills with RPO <30s.</p></li><li><p>Build a multi-region (multi-time zone/multi-language) intelligent monitoring system for real-time performance analysis and self-healing across global nodes.</p></li><li><p>Manage multi-cloud (AWS/GCP/Tencent) resource orchestration and optimize cost-efficiency for cross-border data transmission and storage.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with risk management teams to implement anti-fraud/DDoS protection mechanisms and safeguard business operations.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimally 5 years of working experience with 3 years in payment/cross-borders finance industry/environment.</p></li><li><p>Experience leading a technical team is highly preferred.</p></li><li><p>Business Centric mindset to drive business outcomes from a technical standpoint.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in multi-cloud global architectures and data sovereignty solutions.</p></li><li><p>Proficient in Prometheus + ELK + Jaeger/Skywalking monitoring stacks.</p></li><li><p>Experience with PCI-DSS compliance implementation and cloud-native security (e.g. Zero Trust) is advantageous.</p></li><li><p>Deep knowledge in Kubernetes multi-cluster management and financial grade microservices would be advantageous.</p></li><li><p>Professional working proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese to collaborate with stakeholders across different regions is a must.</p></li><li><p>AWS/GCP Professional Architect or CISSP certification is highly advantageous.</p></li></ul><p><br></p>
