Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the installation, testing, adjustment and maintenance of residential air conditioning systems, covering indoor and outdoor unit positioning, copper pipe laying, insulation treatment, refrigerant charging, circuit connection and system operation acceptance.

• According to the construction drawings, independently complete the preparation of material lists, precise cutting, on-site assembly and installation, and ensure that they meet the engineering specifications and customer requirements.

• Appropriate face-to-face communication with customers, clarify installation requirements, explain technical solutions, respond to usage questions, and provide reasonable and feasible professional advice.

• With more than 10 years of residential air conditioning installation practical experience, familiar with mainstream brands (such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, Carrier, etc.) equipment characteristics and installation standards.

• Solid craftsmanship and meticulous operation, able to independently complete high-precision copper tube welding, vacuum pumping, refrigerant measurement and electrical wiring, etc. key processes, and attach importance to construction quality and aesthetic integrity.

• Fluent in Cantonese, with good communication etiquette and service awareness, able to handle on-site emergencies and reasonable customer complaints.

• Must be a permanent resident of Hong Kong, holding a valid safety card (CSCS) and relevant air conditioning industry qualification certificate (such as a certificate of registration for electrical engineering personnel, a certificate for refrigeration and air conditioning technicians, etc.).

• Generous salary, negotiable based on experience and ability, with additional engineering completion bonuses and performance bonuses.

• Flexible work schedule, daily working hours from 9 am to 6 pm, actual attendance rhythm adjusted according to project needs and personal circumstances.
