<p>We are currently seeking a competitive Administrative officer/Assistant Administrative to join our team and be one of the key drivers of our sales and marketing efforts. In this role, you will support both our administrative needs and innovative marketing initiatives. You will assist in daily administrative operations of sales department, including tracking shipments, manage the inventory and answering phones. You will also keep our promotional materials up to date, ensuring the information on our social media platforms is accurate. The goal is to provide high class customer service and to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximization.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></p><p>- Communicate with Sales Representatives on the status of orders, including sales, pickups and credit issues as well as support sales team and customers in order processing and data entry</p><p>- Manage customer relationships and inquires, providing excellent customer service and support</p><p>- Assist in the coordination and communication for shipments and other major sales orders Furnish product documentation/information to existing and prospective accounts</p><p>- Manage inventory, including inventory requirements, supply, and replenishment.</p><p>- Make outbound calls to customers to procure orders and follow-up with information</p><p>- Furnish product information to existing and prospective customers; Accurately describe product features and benefits</p><p>- Conducting market research and formulating online sales strategies to increase brand exposures through website and social media platforms.</p><p>- Manage website content and social media accounts, ensuring regular updates and optimization.</p><p>- Assist with ad hoc projects required by the management</p><p>- Follow all companies’ policies and procedures</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>- High degree of proficiency with suite of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Database), ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and customers and Customer service focus</p><p>- Creative and innovative thinker, bringing fresh ideas and perspectives to marketing initiatives.</p><p>- Analytical and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in marketing and sales activities.</p><p>- Ability to work independently and in teams, collaborating effectively to achieve common goals.</p><p>- Highly organized, managing multiple projects and priorities with efficiency and attention to detail.</p><p>- Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality</p><p>- Basic administration skills</p><p>- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices</p><p>- Strong Marketing and Business Development experience is a plus</p><p><strong>Skills & Attributes</strong></p><p>- Cultural fit with Company Values and models Foundational Competencies.</p><p>- High degree of flexibility, demonstrable team orientation, collaborate and cooperative and open to feedback.</p><p>- Maintains confidentiality.</p><p>- Methodical, organized, strong planning and deadline orientation.</p><p>- Proactive, punctual and timely.</p><p>- Leadership orientation with high degree self-motivation and self-discipline.</p><p>- Positive disposition, personable communication style and respectful of others.</p><p>- Professional presentation – immaculate attire, articulate and professional language.</p><p>- Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin</p>
