Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and train front-of-house and back-of-house teams, develop shift schedules, coordinate cross-departmental collaboration, and enhance overall service efficiency and team cohesion.
- Personally participate in customer service, proactively perceive needs, handle on-site complaints and special requirements, practice the "heart-to-heart service" concept, and maintain brand reputation and retention rate.
- Strictly control the quality of ingredients, cooking standards, and dining environment hygiene, and implement the core values of a Hong Kong-style snack shop for pure flavor and meticulous attention to detail.
- Regularly analyze business data (such as turnover rate, best-selling dishes, customer feedback), propose optimization suggestions and push for implementation, and assist in achieving dual goals of revenue and service.
- Emphasize the essence of service, and be able to naturally exhibit sincerity, delicacy, and proactive guest attitude, not just a formality, and deeply understand the practice of the two words "from the heart" in daily interactions.
- Have basic financial concepts and inventory management awareness, be able to cooperate with the headquarters to carry out cost control, materials procurement and report filling, and ensure compliance and balanced benefits.
