Job Description

Job Overview

Main responsibilities

  1. Market research and analysis support: Assist in collecting, sorting and analyzing the pharmaceutical regulatory policies, market competition pattern, medical insurance system, patient flow and other information of the target international market, and provide data support for business decisions.

  2. Customer and partner onboarding support: Assist the team in preliminary communication and liaison with overseas potential distributors and partners, and be responsible for the organization and archiving of relevant communication records.

  3. Project coordination and administrative support: Assist in the daily coordination of international business expansion projects, including meeting arrangements, material preparation, progress follow-up, file translation (Chinese-English), and file management.

  4. Cross-department communication support: Assist the registration, medical, and supply chain teams within the International Business Department, as well as other headquarters departments (such as R&D, production) to ensure information flows smoothly.

  5. Meeting and event support: Assist in the preparation of international telephone conferences, video conferences and overseas trade fairs, and be responsible for part of the logistics and coordination work.

  6. Document Management: Responsible for the department's international business-related documents, such as sorting, archiving and updating maintenance.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above, international trade, marketing, pharmacy, biological sciences, English, and small languages (such as Spanish, French) are preferred.

  2. Fresh graduates or those with about 1 year of international trade, market expansion, pharmaceutical industry-related internship or work experience.

  3. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (CET-6 or equivalent level above is recommended), which can be used as a working language; those who master other foreign languages (such as Spanish, French, Arabic, etc.) will have a great advantage.

  4. Have excellent communication and expression skills, cross-cultural understanding, and team spirit.

  5. Results-oriented, with good stress resistance, and able to adapt to fast-paced work.

  6. Pay attention to details, have strong logical analysis and information integration abilities.

  7. Proficient in using MS Office office software.

  8. Applicants with overseas study, exchange or internship experience are preferred.

  9. Applicants with basic knowledge and enthusiasm for the biopharmaceutical industry are preferred.
