About this character

We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds, including: those who have worked in high-end/luxury travel agencies on customized itinerary planning, private travel consultants focused on HNW clients, content creators/columnists familiar with high-end lifestyles, or professionals with rich local and international high-end resources network.

Main work responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one advisory services to HNW clients, in-depth understanding of their needs, preferences, privacy requirements and budget, and tailor-made highly customized travel and lifestyle experience solutions.

• Responsible for high-end resource integration and reservation, including luxury hotels, exclusive restaurants, private box, VIP customs clearance, exclusive tour, helicopter / yacht transfer, limited tickets and special activities, etc.

• Proactively discover, expand and maintain a high-end supplier network (restaurants, venues, experience providers, private service providers, etc.), continuously optimize the resource library, and ensure that we obtain exclusive discounts and priority rights.

• Regularly produce high-quality content such as Hong Kong high-end lifestyle monthly magazine, trend sharing, exclusive customer communications, etc., to strengthen brand influence and customer loyalty.

• Complete other projects or tasks assigned by the department.

Job Requirements

• University degree or above.

• 5 years of relevant experience, with high-end/luxury travel planning, HNW client service, lifestyle media, or private butler-style service experience preferred.

• Have in-depth understanding and resource network of Hong Kong's high-end local living scene (food, culture, art, entertainment, hidden resources).

• Proficient in Mandarin (fluent), English (fluent), and Cantonese (fluent) is preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, attention to detail, stress resistance, and proactive service awareness.

• Able to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and adapt to a high-pace, high-security work environment.

• Passionate about exploring and sharing top-notch experiences, and full of enthusiasm for luxury travel and lifestyle.
