Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide professional travel consulting services, design personalized travel plans according to customer needs and itinerary planning.
2. Responsible for communicating and coordinating with travel agencies and other relevant units to ensure the smooth execution and high-quality delivery of travel products.
3. Familiar with the travel rules and policies of the Chinese and Hong Kong regions, handling customer inquiries and problems related to visas, transportation, accommodation, etc.
4. Complete daily administrative work, including contract drafting, quotation list preparation, and customer data organization and archiving.
5. Regularly participate in outdoor activities or inland trips to expand business resources and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements:1. At least secondary five education, those with more than 3 years of travel agency related work experience are preferred.
2. Excellent language skills, able to communicate fluently in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office office software, familiar with travel industry-specific systems such as Galileo/Abacus, and those with practical experience in operating them are preferred.
4. Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, be able to flexibly respond to various complex situations and provide solutions.
5. Positive and proactive work attitude, with a team spirit, able to maintain an efficient work state under pressure.
