Electric motorcycle repair team leader

Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise technical staff's work efficiency and service quality, ensure repair tasks are completed on time

- Communicate effectively with customers, understand their needs and provide professional technical advice and solutions

- Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians, and assist in improving the overall technical level of the team

- Regularly report to senior management on work progress, operating conditions, process optimization suggestions and resource requirements

Requirements:

- More than 5 years of motorcycle repair experience, with at least 2 years of team management experience

- Hold a valid motorcycle driving license

- Familiar with electric motorcycles (including but not limited to brands such as Ninebot, Yadea, Niu, etc.) and gasoline motorcycles repair technology,

- Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to handle customer inquiries and complaints

- Responsibility and team spirit, with basic management and coordination skills

- Able to adapt to the factory environment, cooperate with the company's work task and time allocation arrangements

- Monthly salary HK$19,950 (overtime is calculated separately)
