2. Core responsibilities

· Assist the designer in project file management, including drawings, contracts and change orders, and their organization and archiving

· Responsible for customizing furniture and decorating materials procurement process, including quotation, comparison, order tracking and supplier coordination

· Participate in project meetings and record key points, and follow up on the progress of action items

· Coordinate communication between design team, contractors and suppliers to ensure accurate information is conveyed

· Manage project timelines, remind key milestones and delivery deadlines

· Process and handle administrative and financial documents related to the project

· Effectively manage and summarize the engineering contingency fund

3. Job Requirements

· College degree or above, interior design or related professional background is preferred

· Design or renovation industry project coordination or secretarial work experience is preferred

· Familiar with the custom furniture procurement process and supply chain management

· Proficient in Office office software, familiar with design-related software (such as CAD, SketchUp)

· Have excellent organizational and coordination skills and multi-task processing ability

· Pay attention to details, have good communication skills and team spirit

· Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and have the ability to solve problems

· Need to have fluent Cantonese oral and written communication skills.
