<p>Job Overview </p><p>We are seeking a talented Senior Marketing Executive to lead our digital marketing strategy, covering search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media advertising, and data analytics. This role is ideal for a marketing professional with a passion for international education, strategic thinking, and technical expertise. </p><p></p><p>Key Responsibilities </p><p>- Develop and implement website SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies, optimizing content for AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Perplexity </p><p>- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including budget allocation, keyword bidding strategies, landing page optimization, and A/B testing </p><p>- Design and execute Facebook and Instagram advertising strategies, including audience targeting, ad creative management, and Meta Pixel tracking </p><p>- Develop and execute Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) marketing strategies, including content creation, influencer partnerships, and community engagement to reach Chinese-speaking audiences </p><p>- Monitor marketing KPIs, conduct attribution analysis, prepare monthly reports, and create data visualizations </p><p>- Optimize website user experience, manage content calendars, and ensure all content aligns with SEO best practices </p><p>- Continuously track search algorithm updates and emerging marketing tools to maintain industry leadership </p><p></p><p>Required Qualifications </p><p>Education & Experience: </p><p>- Bachelor's degree or above </p><p>- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience </p><p></p><p>Technical Skills: </p><p>- Expert proficiency in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush</p><p>- Understanding of technical SEO, website architecture, crawler accessibility, and GEO concepts</p><p>- Proficiency in Google Ads platform, PPC bidding strategies, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) </p><p>- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel implementation, and audience analysis - Familiarity with Xiaohongshu platform, content trends, creator ecosystem, and Chinese social media marketing best practices </p><p>- Ability to use Google Analytics, define and monitor KPIs, and execute A/B testing</p><p>- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge, WordPress or CMS experience, Google Tag Manager configuration</p><p></p><p>Soft Skills: </p><p>- Excellent English and Chinese communication abilities </p><p>- Data-driven mindset and analytical thinking </p><p>- Strategic analysis and problem-solving skills </p><p>- Proactive learning and continuous improvement mentality</p>
