Job Overview:

We seek an experienced Business Development Consultant to drive its high-net-worth (HNW) client acquisition and expansion strategy across Asia. This role is critical to building the company’s long-term footprint in the region.

As a founding team member, you will lead from the front in identifying, engaging, and maintaining relationships with HNW clients, particularly those from the Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other key APAC markets . The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with a strong referral network and the ability to independently contribute commercial value from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting HNW individuals and family offices in Greater China, Asia-Pacific

• Leverage your own book of clients or network to generate immediate leads and introductions

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, advising them on tailored solutions in precious metals and cross-border wealth strategies

• Coordinate with internal teams on onboarding, client servicing, and bespoke product structuring

• Lead client meetings, presentations, and proposal development

• Monitor market trends and competitor intelligence to advise internal strategy

• Represent the company at events, roundtables, and referral-driven networking initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 9–10 years of experience in business development, private client services, or wealth management targeting high-net-worth clientele

• Existing network of private clients, intermediaries, or family offices strongly preferred

• Demonstrated success in originating and closing B2C or B2B business within the premium/high-value segment

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to develop long-term business relationships

• Fluent in Mandarin and English ; Cantonese is an asset

• Master’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related discipline preferred

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to work in a lean, results-driven environment
