Under the guidance of senior full-stack engineers, you will be responsible for building robust backend services that support data management systems and AI products. Your core mission is to develop reliable, efficient APIs and services through high-quality code, ensuring seamless collaboration between front-end interfaces, complex data pipelines, and AI models. Beyond writing business logic, you will also need a certain holistic perspective, participating in service deployment and operation to ensure the smooth operation of the entire system chain.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Backend System Development: Participate in the development and maintenance of server-side logic for core business systems such as data management backends and AI product backends.</p></li><li><p>API Design & Implementation: Design and implement stable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs to provide data and service support for front-end applications and third-party integrations.</p></li><li><p>Server & Deployment Collaboration: Undertake part of server application deployment, monitoring, and daily operation work, collaborating with full-stack engineers to ensure the stability of the production environment.</p></li><li><p>Cross-Team Technical Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers to consume or provide data service interfaces, building an efficient closed-loop data flow; collaborate with front-end engineers to complete function integration and joint debugging.</p></li></ul><p><strong>We're Looking For</strong></p><p><strong>Essential Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields, with 1+ year of back-end development experience.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Python back-end development frameworks and their ecosystems, with strong database design and optimization capabilities.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with Linux operating system fundamentals, mastering common commands for application deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.</p></li><li><p>Good teamwork spirit, able to clearly communicate technical solutions and efficiently collaborate with front-end and data engineers.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experience in cloud service deployment and familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker.</p></li><li><p>Experience in integrating or docking with data platforms and AI algorithm services.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of basic CI/CD processes and having relevant practical experience.</p></li><li><p>Preliminary understanding of and interest in high concurrency and system performance optimization.</p></li></ul>
