<p><strong>A Sizeable Group is URGENTLY seeking for the following position</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>Responsible for daily security operation & management of a sizeable Shopping Mall & Grade A Commerical Building Complex</strong></li><li><strong>Supervise & train a team of Security Staff & Building Supervisor to perform daily management tasks</strong></li><li><strong>Handle customer enquiries & complaints</strong></li><li><strong>Monitor the performance of Contractor work</strong></li><li><strong>Arrange facilities repairs & maintenance work</strong></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul><li><strong>HKDSE / HKCEE or above</strong></li><li><strong>Relevant security or building management experience, including 2 years of supervisor-level experience in Shopping Mall / Commercial Building</strong></li><li><strong>Computer skills on Ms Office [Word & Excel]</strong></li><li><strong>Fluent Cantonese & can communicate in English & Mandarin</strong></li><li><strong>Good communication skills & customer service attitude</strong></li></ul><p></p>
