Responsibilities:

- Assist warehouse manager in coordinating and executing daily warehouse operations, and follow up on work progress;

- Responsible for receiving goods, counting, sorting, shelving, delivery and regular inventory, ensuring product accuracy and timeliness;

- Instantly update and maintain warehouse management system data, including inventory changes, batch records, in-out warehouse receipts and abnormal situation registration;

- Perform daily inventory checks and maintain accurate and reliable inventory data;

- Sort and archive various warehouse documents (such as purchase orders, sales orders, inventory counts, acceptance reports, etc.), ensuring that the documents are compliant and complete.

Requirements:

- Secondary five education or above;

- At least 5 years of full-time warehouse or logistics experience, those with warehouse supervisor or assistant supervisor or VAS work experience are preferred;

- Familiar with warehouse operations, inventory management, and common office software.

- Responsibility, hard work, and a good attitude towards learning;

- Prioritization for immediate employment.

Benefits:

- $15,000 - $18,000 per month (depending on work experience) ;

- Work location: Yau Tong;

- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday: 9 am to 6 pm (short and long weeks).
