Must-Have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Hands-on experience with AI Agent development

• Familiar with LLM related concepts or terminologies, e.g. RAG, MCP, agent workflow, etc..

• Strong background in prompt engineering and conversational AI design.

• Proficiency in API integration, especially within Microsoft 365 ecosystem

• Experience working in cross-functional teams, including business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role

• Responsible for designing, building, and deploying secure, compliant, enterprise-grade Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrated with HSBC’s Microsoft 365 ecosystem and CIB workflows.

• Design and build custom Copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio for CIB use cases.

• Define conversational topics, prompts, and orchestration flows.

• Integrate Copilots with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Automate, and approved APIs.

• Manage approved knowledge sources and grounded responses.

• Implement security, RBAC, audit logging, and compliance controls.

• Perform testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with business, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
