The Role:

Seeking for an energetic candidate to join our team at Ruff & Fetch. In this role, you'll be responsible for performing general bookeeping & accounting duties via Xero, including accounts payable and receivable related tasks, and handling leasing matters and administration duties.

Job descriptions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
• Handle accounts payable and receivable related tasks, ensuring that they are properly recorded and handled within schedule
• Assist in month-end closing and preparing financial reports as required
• Liaise with internal team and vendors, to ensure timely and effective communication and resolution of issues
• Support office administrative works such as supplies procurement and company events
• Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Analytical and organisational skills with proven ability to multi-task
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, and a good team player
• Diploma or degree holder in Accounting / Finance or a related field
• 2 years of working experience in the finance / accounting field, preferable in retail industry
• Familiar with Microsoft Office especially Excel
• Able to prioritise tasks and respect deadlines
