We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented **Management Accountant** to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in providing financial insights, analysis, and support to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Monitor and report on key financial metrics, variances, and trends.
- Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support for business decisions.
- Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparations.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.

### **Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
