Asset securitization responsible position description

Job Responsibilities:
I. Market development and contracting
1. Lead the market expansion work of asset securitization short-term debt projects, establish and maintain diversified business channels
2. Search for potential project opportunities, evaluate project feasibility, and develop specific business expansion strategies
3. Build long-term and stable cooperative relationships with customers, provide professional financing advice and solutions

II. Project execution and management
4. Design personalized financing solutions based on customer needs, organize project teams to complete solution design and implementation
5. Coordinate with accounting firms, law firms and other intermediary institutions to ensure that the project is completed on time and of high quality for application

Three. Regulatory communication and project promotion
6. Maintain good communication with relevant regulatory authorities, timely understand policy dynamics and adjust project strategies
7. Follow up and push the progress of the reviewed projects to ensure that they are smoothly approved

Requirements:
One. Educational background
1. Bachelor's degree or above, finance, economics, law or related professional background is preferred

II. Professional knowledge
2. Familiar with bond market policies and regulations and operating procedures, understand asset securitization related theory and practice
3. Have rich bond project resources and successful bidding experience, and have a certain amount of project reserves

Three. Core competencies
4. Excellent market development and customer marketing skills, able to independently complete bond project contracting work
5. Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively integrate various resources to promote project progress
