Responsibilities

● Greet and welcome office visitors professionally as a receptionist

● Handle customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email with accuracy and efficiency

● Craft sales-driven Point of Sale Materials and training quizzes for frontline team

● Manage the daily administration of our retail systems including setting up staff accounts, shift scheduling, and correcting product information

● Assist in retail team document control including leaver summaries, coin exchange forms, and member feedback

● Maintain a tidy and organized office environment

● Ensure the sufficiency of office supplies

Requirements

● High Diploma holder or above

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently

● Extremely detail-oriented mindset

● Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

● Well-versed in Chinese writing, grammar and proofreading

Responsibilities and scope

• Greet office visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service by handling customer inquiries through phone or email
• Handling invoices and orders
• Maintain a clean office environment
• Ensure office supplies are sufficient

Entry Requirements

• Advanced Diploma or above
• Have good communication skills and sense of responsibility, be polite and punctual, and pay attention to details
• Good Chinese writing and computer input skills
• Working from Monday to Friday, 9 hours a day (including 1 hour of paid lunch break)
