Management Trainee

Job Description

1. Learning the company's business operations through training and hands-on experience.
2. Assisting senior management in the implementation, execution, evaluation and monitoring of company development goals.
3. Assisting senior management in various tasks such as budgeting, forecasting and sales and marketing.
4. Perform market & R&D research, analyze data and prepare reports on business trends and opportunities.
5. Manage and handle day-to-day operations and support to the group.
6. Engage in customers and suppliers’ relationship management.
7. Handle any other relevant responsibilities and/or functions of the group, as assigned from time to time.

Knowledge/Skills:

1. Strong business and commercial acumen, with a passion to develop your career in a startup company;
   2. All academic disciplines are welcomed;
   3. Self-motivated, eager to learn, with strong learning agility;
   4. Highly adaptable to new roles and challenges in startup environment;
   5. A good team player with leadership potential to drive objectives;
   6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with individuals across all teams and areas;
   7. Good command of both English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
   8. A good team player with "Can do" attitude;
