Multimedia Photographer/Camerman

Duties:
1. Responsible for group company photo shooting and event video recording and creativity, good at working with different teams, pooling ideas, and developing innovative videos that meet the group's standards;
2. Create highly inspiring and attractive video content, especially for social media and other short video platforms such as Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, etc.;
3. Able to independently supervise the entire post-production work process, including video editing, visual effects, transitions, subtitles, dynamic graphics and sound design, to ensure the delivery of a beautiful final product;
4 follow the latest digital marketing trends and social media best practices to constantly improve the quality and influence of video content;
5. Provide support and guidance to the team on video and photography-related matters.

Requirements:
1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in Creative Media, Marketing, Communication or related fields
2. At least 2 years of experience in video content creation or editing in an equivalent position
3. Proficient in the latest filming equipment and post-production software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator, etc. video editing tools
4. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, and excellent communication skills
5. Able to work well in a team, with strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
6. Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu and Douyin, etc., popular social media platforms
7. Detailed planning and organizational skills to meet tight deadlines
8. Have ambition, creativity, and the ability to work independently under pressure
