Senior/Credit Officer，Credit Executive Fintech

In this role, you will perform:

• Provide daily support on operations to the Credit team, including but not limited to pre-application background search, document search, site-visit and documentation follow-up etc；
• Conduct regular and effective credit reviews for proactive control measures to ensure credit quality；
• Prepare reports with regard to the lending portfolio and Credit policy;；
• Communicating both internally and externally to ensure smooth operation (Sales, Collection Department etc)；
• Manage and monitor the unsecured Loan portfolio to ensure asset quality;

• Assist in formulating and reviewing credit policies, compliance guidelines, and operating procedures.
  Requirements:

• University degree in banking, accounting, finance and credit related disciplines;

• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience and exposure in credit and relationship management;
• Sound knowledge on Mortgage or Commercial lending is an advantage;
• Having experience in credit approval is an advantage;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to communicate effectively and create connection with others;
• With good phone manner and customer services mindset;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin;

• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Chinese Word Processing.
