Job Title: Policy Processing Specialist

Monthly salary: $18,000 - $22,000, depending on experience and ability.

Working location: Mong Kok East

Main responsibilities

1. Policy review and input: Responsible for handling policy review, verification, and input work to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

2. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): Develop and implement a standard operating procedure for processing insurance policies, improve work efficiency, and reduce error rates.

3. Customer service collaboration: Work closely with the customer service team to solve problems that customers encounter during policy processing, and provide timely support and solutions.

4. Data analysis and reporting: Regularly analyze and report on insurance policy data, provide improvement suggestions, and assist in optimizing work processes and improving service quality.

Qualifications required

1. Educational requirements: Secondary school diploma or above, with relevant professional qualifications given priority.

2. Experience requirement: Applicants with relevant work experience will be given priority, and fresh graduates can also apply.

3. Skills required: Have good data processing skills and a careful work attitude. Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and insurance-related software is preferred. Have good communication skills and team spirit.
