Duties:
2. Responsible for researching overseas financing-related laws and policies, collecting the latest overseas financial information.
3. Responsible for the overall financing management of the company, maintaining cooperation with financial institutions, and conducting corporate bank credit management and international credit rating management.
4. Responsible for conducting direct and indirect financing, raising overseas project development and normal company operations. Responsible for proposing company capital structure optimization suggestions.
5. Responsible for overseas project development and financing work, formulate and implement project financing plans, conduct financing agreement negotiations, sign financing agreements, and complete financing closures.
6. Responsible for conducting investment project development stage financing related financial derivatives business.
7. Responsible for the bank guarantee, letter of credit, standby letter of credit business management of overseas projects; responsible for the loan application letter, loan commitment letter, political insurance interest letter, political insurance application letter, etc. Business management; responsible for overseas project political insurance application and renewal.
8. Responsible for researching overseas innovative financial products and selectively applying them to company and project financing.

7. Managebank guarantees, letters of credit and standby letters of credit for overseas projects; overseeloan intent letters, loan commitment letters, political insurance documentsfor overseas projects; handlepolitical insurance applications and renewals.
8. Research and select overseas innovative financial productsto enhancecorporate and project financing.
9. Manage daily operations and refinancingof existing financing;overseepost-loan management forproject financing.
