Duties:
Ensure that building projects comply with environmental regulations, supervise the EIA process, and coordinate with the government and the review agency;
Promote sustainable architecture, ensure compliance with LEED, BREEAM, BEAM Plus standards;
Develop an energy efficiency management plan to improve energy utilization efficiency;
Organize environmental protection training to enhance employees’ compliance awareness;
Optimize green procurement, reduce environmental impact of building materials;
Introduce mainland China's new energy technologies (such as solar energy, geothermal energy) ;
Research AI environmental monitoring, BIM technology to improve management efficiency;
Participate in the development of low-carbon concrete and environmentally friendly coatings, and reduce carbon emissions.
Requirements:
Have environmental science, environmental engineering, sustainable development, building management, accounting or related professional academic qualifications;
Applicants with 5 years or more of environmental management, sustainable development or related field work experience, those who have worked in the construction, engineering, energy or environmental equipment industry are preferred.
Familiar with Hong Kong and Mainland China's environmental protection regulations, building environmental protection standards (such as BEAMPlus, LEED, BREEAM), energy management and carbon reduction policies;
Familiar with green building materials, waste management, energy-saving technologies (such as solar energy, geothermal energy) and other applications.
