Computer Aided Drafting Intern and Specification Management Personnel

Job Responsibilities:
1. Use professional computer-aided design (CAD) software to create plans and drawings, ensuring that the plans meet technical standards and customer needs.
2. Responsible for drawing detailed construction drawings, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the drawings.
3. Measure and modify the existing plans to meet the requirements of project changes or updates.
4. Coordinate and review the work results of technical personnel and experts, ensure the consistency and accuracy of all drawings and documents.
5. Follow up on project progress, maintain good communication with customers, handle related administrative work, record and organize meeting minutes and other important information.

Requirements:

1. Second 5 or above

2. At least 1 year or above relevant work experience

3. Familiar with the use of computer drawing software (such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, etc.), with professional drawing skills and spatial concepts.

4. Have good attention to detail, and be able to accurately complete dimension measurement and drawing modification work.

5. Good communication skills, able to clearly express technical issues and effectively interact with team members and customers.

6. Good organizational and time management skills, able to efficiently complete work in a multitasking environment.

7. Familiar with office software (such as Microsoft Office), able to handle daily administrative work and report writing.
