Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our market presence in the VR industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales and marketing background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to reach out to potential clients and develop new markets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify areas of growth and differentiation.
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track progress against goals.
- Prepare and present business proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the company and its products and solutions.
- Manage a team of business development representatives and sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Work with the operations team and research & development team to align customer needs and develop new VR solutions or features.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in technology related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Experience in preparing and presenting business proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Familiarity with new technologies, knowledge in VR technology is preferred.
- Willingness to travel as required to industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to create and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Experience in hiring, training, and developing staff.
